The TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) and their contractor have been very busy reversing critical policies to the detriment of beneficiaries which has proven to be true with almost all policy changes TMA implements in the Philippines.
Further one could, given the recent changes, conclude the claims of Philippine fraud and the closing down of providers for that alleged fraud over the last ten years was simply a tool to remove the competition so TMA and their contractor could take over the lucrative business of doubled and tripled fees at the expense of beneficiaries and the American taxpayer and where they can mandate it for beneficiaries. Much of what is happening under the Demonstration looks suspiciously like what Health Visions and others were doing.

These frauds are pissing away money DOD doesn’t have to spend, and screwing us retirees out of our earned benefits; while increasing our healthcare costs to boot. Is there anyone in charge of these idiots that give a damn?

Jim predicted similar events might occur, teh major thrust being their increasing internally generated instability. Make no mistake these are racketeers pure and simple, guilty in a federal US court of wire fraud among other instances and practices of fraud. I think embezzlement is also on the table. What mick and Frewin have done is to steal from us in more than one way, over the ‘table,’ and our taxes we pay. I doubt that either of these con artists will show his personal fact to us again, and Frewin, your aircraft smuggle and transport contraband. What a piece of work!
